A mesmerizing meditation created by composer Alasdair Nicolson to mark Orkney’s St Magnus : 900 years. Hear music from the fourteenth century Hymn to St Magnus and from medieval to modern.

From choral to traditional, sung, played and danced against the backdrop of the recently commissioned hangings, the Viking Sails. The landscape and atmosphere of Orkney and its St Magnus Cathedral “the light of the north” comes south to one of Scotland’s most glorious buildings.
